Kit is a US-based company; where your data is transferred outside the UK, this happens under Kit's data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses, which provide legally recognised safeguards for international data transfers.

    • Squarespace hosts our website and landing pages.

  • Both platforms are contractually required to protect your data and comply with UK GDPR.
