Family First

This week and next, mine and Chris Lomax MBE's Participate World Friday blogs are going to be short and sweet.

It's Easter weekend, we've got a load of family stuff on, and although I had the best intentions of taking this time to pen something deep, meaningful, and thought provoking ... it's 8pm and the kids are waiting for me so we can crack open the ice cream in front of the 90s classic, Cool Runnings.

In summary, this week has been great (as usual), we've had the privilege of spending time with amazing people (as usual), and overall we're loving the journey (as usual).
